SpectraGuard Online - How The Free Trial Works

SpectraGuard Online pricing starts at approximately $2 per day per location. But SpectraGuard Online 30-day free trial comes with absolutely no financial obligation. It is simple to try and is expected to take no more than 30-45 minutes of your time. Here is how it works.

Step 1: Submit a Form

Submit your request using the 30-day free trial form. Specify the number of wireless scanners needed for your organization. (How do I Decide?)


How do I decide?

Each wireless scanner can scan approximately 20,000 sq.ft. Identify the locations and floors where you want to conduct a wireless vulnerability assessment. You need at least one wireless scanner per building floor. Based on this information, you should decide how many wireless scanners you need to conduct an initial wireless vulnerability assessment.

Step 2: Confirm the Trial

AirTight representative will call you to confirm the trial and ask for your credit card details. Note that your credit card will not be charged. (Why do you need a credit card?)


Why do you need a credit card?

This trial requires us to ship wireless scanners to our customers. If customers terminate the trial within 30 days, they are required to return the wireless scanners. In a rare event that a customer does not return the wireless scanners within 5 business days after terminating the trial, we will need the credit card information to cover the cost of the wireless scanners.

Note that the 30-day free trial comes with no financial obligation. In normal circumstances, your credit card will not be charged.

Step 3: Install Wireless Scanners

 Approx Time: 20 mins

AirTight will ship you wireless scanners (Sensors). Plug the scanners into the network at locations where you need wireless security assessment. Scanners install in plug and play mode.

Step 4: Receive a Preliminary Assessment Report

  

Within 72 hours, you will receive a preliminary wireless vulnerability assessment report. Use this report (Show me a sample) to highlight business risks from wireless security exposure to your management.

Step 5 (Optional): Manage your Wireless Security Posture

Log in to the SpectraGuard Online Portal using a Web browser. You can manage and classify your wireless devices as well as improve your wireless vulnerability score through this portal. Please note that logging into the online portal is an optional step. You will receive another wireless vulnerability assessment report after you have classified your devices.

Step 6: Continue or Cancel

At the end of the 30-day free trial period, your trial will automatically be converted to an annual subscription.

If for any reason, you decide to Cancel within 30 days, simply click here to terminate the trial without any financial obligation. Return the wireless scanners within 5 business days. (What if I forget to return the scanners?)


What if I forget to return the scanners?

During the 30-day trial period, you can cancel at any time without any financial obligation. You must return the wireless scanners within 5 business days using the enclosed shipping labels. We will send you two reminders by email.

If you do not return the wireless scanners within 5 business days, we will use your credit card information on file to recover the cost of the wireless scanners. The amount charged will be equal to the number of wireless scanners multiplied by the list price of the scanner (approximately $795/scanner).
