Before the trial

Is the 30-day trial really free?
Yes. The 30-day trial comes with no financial obligation. If for any reason, you decide to cancel within 30 days, simply click here to terminate the trial. Return the wireless scanners within 5 business days

Why do I need a credit card?
This trial requires us to ship wireless scanners to our customers. If customers terminate the trial within 30 days, they are required to return the wireless scanners. In a rare event that a customer does not return the wireless scanners within 5 business days after terminating the trial, we need their credit card information to cover the cost of the wireless scanners.
Note that the 30-day free trial comes with no financial obligation. In normal circumstances, your credit card will not be charged.

I do not have a credit card. What are my options?
If you do not have a credit card, we take purchase orders. Simply fill out the trial form. When the sales team member contacts you, provide a purchase order instead of a credit card number.

Note that you can provide us with a contingent purchase order. We will not invoice you if you cancel the trial within 30 days and return the scanners.

How much time commitment does the trial require?
The trial is expected to require no more than 30-45 minutes of your time.

Please note that, SpectraGuard Online is a comprehensive wireless vulnerability management solution. It helps manage and classify your wireless devices, assess and remediate wireless security threats. It also provides you with compliance reports.

How do I decide the scope of wireless vulnerability assessment during the trial?
Wireless vulnerability assessment should be conducted for all corporate locations. However, during the trial, we strongly recommend that you limit the wireless vulnerability assessment to a few locations where security is critical.

Once you get a feel of your wireless security posture, you can expand the wireless vulnerability assessment to other locations. With SpectraGuard Online, you pay as you scale. There is no commitment to a large upfront investment.

How many wireless scanners can I request for the trial?
Wireless scanners should be installed one per floor at the locations where you want to conduct the trial wireless vulnerability assessment trial.

You can order up to 10 wireless scanners during the trial. Typically, each wireless scanner can scan 20,000 sq.ft. To decide how many wireless scanners you need during the trial, Click here.

During the trial

My wireless scanners did not install properly. What should I do?
Wireless scanners install in plug and play mode. After you plug the wireless scanners into the network, you should see all 4 lights go green. If you see the leftmost light turn orange, contact support@airtightnetworks.com. They will help you through the process of installing wireless scanners.

My wireless scanners are connected. What happens next?
If all 4 lights of your wireless scanners are green, they are connected successfully to the SpectraGuard Online service. You do not need to do anything immediately. Within 72 hours, receive a preliminary wireless vulnerability assessment report. Use this report (Show me a sample) to highlight the business risks from wireless security exposure to your management team.

What should I do with the wireless vulnerability assessment reports?
You can use wireless vulnerability assessment reports to create a plan to secure your organization against wireless threats. Alternately, you can leverage these reports to highlight the business risks from wireless security exposure to your management team.

Am I required to log in to SpectraGuard Online Portal during the trial?
No. You are not required to log in to SpectraGuard Online Portal during the trial. You will receive a preliminary wireless vulnerability assessment report even if you do not log in.

What do I do after I log in to SpectraGuard Online Portal?
SpectraGuard Online is a comprehensive wireless vulnerability management solution. Use it to manage your wireless security posture. Once you log into the Online Portal, set up your wireless policies and classify devices, you will see your wireless security posture improve. Your wireless vulnerability score will go down.

After the trial

What happens at the end of the 30-day trial?
At the end of the 30-day free trial period, your trial will be automatically converted to an annual subscription starting with the day after the 30 day free period. You will receive a notification with your subscription details.

If for any reason, you decide to cancel within 30 days, simply click here to terminate the trial without any financial obligation. Return the wireless scanners within 5 business days

How do I subscribe for the service?
You do not have to do anything to subscribe for the service at the end of the 30-day trial period. Your trial will be automatically converted to an annual subscription starting with the day after the 30 day free period. You will receive a notification with your subscription details. How do I cancel during the 30-day trial period?
You can cancel at any time during the 30 day trial period, no questions asked. Simply click here to terminate the trial without any financial obligation. Return the wireless scanners within 5 business days.

What do I do with the wireless scanners?
Please return the wireless scanners within 5 business days after you terminate the trial. Follow the return instructions and use the shipping labels provided to you with the wireless scanner packaging.

What if I forget to return the scanners?
During the 30-day trial period, you can cancel at any time without any financial obligation. You must return the wireless scanners within 5 business days using the enclosed shipping labels. We will send you two reminders by email.

If you do not return the wireless scanners within 5 business day, we will charge your credit card to recover the cost of the wireless scanners. The amount charged will be equal to the number of wireless scanners multiplied by the list price of the scanner (approx $795/scanner).
