802.11n – Plan, Deploy, Secure, Capitalize
Reaping the benefits – Avoiding the pitfalls
802.11n is a big leap in the evolution of wireless LANs. With major advantages in throughput, range and reliability over legacy Wi-Fi protocols, 802.11n opens up new possibilities for running various applications over wireless. The same features that drive these advantages also present technical challenges in network planning, installation, security, and operation of these networks.
This webinar will explore key issues many enterprise customers are facing when considering an 802.11n infrastructure deployment. Security challenges - such as increased RF exposure, 802.11n rogue threats, and increased risks from eavesdropping & denial of service attacks - and deployment challenges - such as increased Wi-Fi interference as well as maximizing your ROI whether migrating from 802.11a/b/g to 802.11n or fresh 802.11n deployment - will be discussed as well.
Join us for this webinar to learn
- How to plan your 802.11n network to minimize co-channel and adjacent channel interference i.e. maximize your throughput and QoS
- What specific considerations should be on your list for 802.11a/b/g to 802.11n migration
- The best practices to secure your 802.11n network against various threats
- How to monitor and troubleshoot various WLAN network performance issues
