Senior Technical Marketing Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) who is eager to up-end the industry as we know it to join our fast growing team! As the TME for AirTight, you will ensure that our field and channel have the technical content and tools to successfully position, sell and deploy AirTight solutions. The TME will collaborate cross functionally with Engineers, Sales, Product Management and Marketing to develop the relevant content and track changes in the competitive landscape. Additionally, they will also work with business development and partners to evaluate, test and certify partnered solutions.  

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create tools and training for sales engineers and partners pertaining to positioning and deployment of AirTight solutions
  • Create technical notes, solution briefs, reference architectures, white papers, and best practice guides to enable customers in deployment
  • Provide regular competitive landscape updates and sell against points to the field & partners
  • Perform in depth lab testing on competitors’ product to expose strengths and weaknesses
  • Educate the field, partners and customers on an ongoing basis via email, webinars, videos and other training vehicles
  • Serve as a product Subject Matter Expert (SME) especially for complex deployments and scenarios

Content Manager / Marketing Writer

Job Description

The Content Manager / Marketing Writer will contribute to AirTight's communications campaigns and grow our reach through compelling content. You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day communications program and will also support initiatives in public and analyst relations, content marketing, product marketing and social media.

Marketing Programs & Events Manager

Job Description

AirTight Networks is looking for an energetic Marketing Programs & Events Manager that will plan, execute, oversee, and market all corporate and regional events that AirTight participates in. This person will be responsible for coordination and execution of all trade shows, including logistics management, signage, collateral development, staff training, scheduling, travel arrangements, and outbound promotions to drive event traffic.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Research and qualify events that AirTight should be involved in – conferences, tradeshows, seminars
  • Develop integrated marketing plans for each corporate trade show based on target audience, including program objectives, messaging, demos, promotions, PR, and social media campaigns (will work with others in the organization)
  • Work with PR and event organizers to coordinate speaking and sponsorship opportunities
  • Manage all regional and corporate event booth properties and kits ensuring all required materials are included for each event

Sr. Account Manager Sales

Job Description

The individual will drive new sales revenue by prospecting, identifying, and developing new corporate accounts. Channel Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an excellent Channel Marketing Manager to increase reseller and distributor productivity and strengthen our channels worldwide. In this key role, you will develop and manage programs and promotions and recruit, train and ramp new channel partners.

In this role, we require an experienced marketer with a solid understanding of channel marketing programs.  This exciting opportunity is for you if you're a "channel marketing rock-star", you have high energy and are able to multi-task and communicate exceedingly well.

Marketing Manager – Demand Generation Programs

AirTight Networks is experiencing rapid growth and looking for a lead generation manager to expand its marketing team. L3 Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an L3 support Engineer who can diagnose complex WiFi and networking issues. The L3 Support Engineer is expected to gain full understanding of AirTight products and technologies, conduct lab tests for functionality, performance and interoperability, understand customer networking environments and drive customer issues to a resolution by working with other teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and take ownership of managing customer cases.

Job Description

This is a hands-on technical development and management role. You will be expected to:

  • Provide technological leadership to the Web Applications group and provide guidance on

Job Description

As a member of the Engineering team you will develop and maintain AirTight’s Access and security solution. Software design and development experience in high-complexity networking platforms is required.

Technical Support

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - very important.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / equivalent.
  • 1-3 years experience in international phone / email support (preferably LAN products such as switches and routers, Wi-Fi would be added plus).
  • CCNA certification.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts. We operate 24x7 so we have rotating shifts, which means that each team member would be asked to do a night shift roughly every 2 or 3 months.
  • Additional certifications like CCSP, CWNA will be an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Wi-Fi
  • Experience in Testing of 802.11 standard / networking protocols / WLAN Access Points and clients.
  • Good knowledge of networking protocols - ARP / DHCP / TCP-IP
  • Awareness of testing terminology and bug tracking tools
  • Any certification from CWNP (CWNA/CWSP)- would be preferred
  • Any additional certification like CCNA, CEH would be an advantage.

Minimum education

A Bachelor's/Master's Degree Holder in Computers / Electronics / Communication / Instrumentation.

Experience

  • 1 to 4 years of testing experience on networking/firewall products
  • Post Graduates with no experience can also be considered

Minimum education

Any Graduate, Certification in ITIL will be added advantage

Experience

2 to 4 years 

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in international phone/email support
  • Should be ready to work in shifts (We provide 24x 7 Support)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL processes & service desk functions in particular 
  • Ability to work with the processes set around strict SLAs
  • Knowledge of any CRM tool will be added advantage

Your responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for ALL incoming calls / emails
  • Routing tickets to various operational team as per the set process
  • Resolving basic technical queries related to AirTight products with or without scripts
  • Liaison with multiple teams to resolve customer issues at the earliest
  • Handle all RMA tickets
  • Liaison with Planning team to deliver Planning reports within specified timelines
  • Scheduling and hosting all remote technical meetings
  • Own and manage Customer Survey operations
  • Ask questions to determine the severity and urgency of the problem
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues has been resolved
  • Manage customer assets/products, FTP accounts and product licenses
  • Coordinate with other functions to ensure that the customer's issue is resolved
