Marketing Programs Specialist

Job Description

AirTight Networks is looking for an energetic Marketing Programs Specialist that will plan, execute, oversee, and market all corporate and regional events that AirTight participates in. This person will be responsible for coordination and execution of all trade shows, including logistics management, signage, collateral development, staff training, scheduling, travel arrangements, and outbound promotions to drive event traffic.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Research and qualify events that AirTight should be involved in – conferences, tradeshows, seminars
  • Develop integrated marketing plans for each corporate trade show based on target audience, including program objectives, messaging, demos, promotions, PR, and social media campaigns (will work with others in the organization)
  • Work with PR and event organizers to coordinate speaking and sponsorship opportunities
  • Manage all regional and corporate event booth properties and kits ensuring all required materials are included for each event
  • Coordinate pre- and post-event promotions, including email marketing, webinars, social media, and direct mail campaigns
  • Maintain events calendar / sponsorship deadlines
  • Manage event leads, metrics and data
  • Attend events (may include some nights and weekends) and educate attendees on our product offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of B2B experience planning and executing events
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Creative individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and at the same time work independently with, at times, minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Sr. Account Manager Sales

Job Description

The individual will drive new sales revenue by prospecting, identifying, and developing new corporate accounts. This is a high energy position requiring an individual to be extremely motivated and results-driven with a hunter mentality; it will also require someone who is equally comfortable working in a strategic and tactical capacity. As a member of the AirTight Networks sales team, you will be a self-starter and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and intense enthusiasm. A proven track record of sales success in the technology space, exemplary sales skills, and vision and patience, are all critical factors to success in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • This is an individual contributor role responsible for delivering on sales quotas and growing the assigned region through aggressive prospecting, identifying, negotiating and closing of new accounts.
  • Manage and sustain a sales pipeline via a complete understanding of the wireless networking and security space to determine fit and enable predictable success at an account level. Build and maintain relationships with key  influencers in the industry.
  • Work within a team environment in conjunction with AirTight Networks, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Channel Partners to maximize sales efforts and success rate.
  • Manage all aspects of Salesforce including develop and ensure compliance and best practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong sales background. A proven closer who can deliver sales results on plan. Experience with direct touch indirect sales through channel a plus.
  • 5-10 years wireless technology vendor experience with at least 3 years demonstrated success in a field sales capacity.
  • 5-10 years of experience with technology and proven experience in Wireless LAN & Network Security
  • Great relationship skills and proven decision making ability: critical thinking, tenacity, resilience, inter-personal/presentation, and executive level selling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Travel requirement: approximately 75% within the assigned region

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of marketing activities – from product positioning and establishing superiority of AirTight's technology and solutions in the market, educating AirTight customers and partners, to building and delivering marketing collateral and sales tools to enable our growing worldwide sales team and partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product positioning and articulating the unique differentiators and value propositions;
  • Planning and executing product launches;
  • Create compelling marketing content and sales tools;
  • Staying up-to-date about competitor products, their marketing claims and positioning, product pricing, and business models;
  • Evangelize AirTight's vision and technology to educate customers, partners, and prospective buyers;

Channel Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an excellent Channel Marketing Manager to increase reseller and distributor productivity and strengthen our channels worldwide. In this key role, you will develop and manage programs and promotions and recruit, train and ramp new channel partners.

In this role, we require an experienced marketer with a solid understanding of channel marketing programs.  This exciting opportunity is for you if you're a "channel marketing rock-star", you have high energy and are able to multi-task and communicate exceedingly well. 

As a Channel Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for marketing, awareness, and demand generation for the channel.  You will work very closely with the channel partners, the channel sales team, product management and marketing team to support and accelerate all channel marketing activities.  You will be directly responsible for joint marketing programs, channel demand generation, partner launch activities, partner event management, sales promotions, partner portal management, partner communications, and product marketing in partner channels.  Continuous innovation is required to effectively engage partners to focus on AirTight solutions.  You will have responsibility for a channel marketing budget and will be expected to manage to that budget.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and monitor execution of all channel marketing & demand generation programs, working closely with the distributor & partners as well as the marketing, sales and product management teams.  
  • Work directly with channel partners, customers and internal stakeholders on marketing plans and activities.
  • Create strategies and concepts for new channel programs designed at channel segments.
  • Define, execute and communicate channel programs that enhance AirTight's penetration and drive revenue in a market segment through channel partners
  • Create and deliver innovative channel programs that increase awareness, generate leads, strengthen customer/channel relationships and builds sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for content management within the Partner Portal, including updating documents, posting new information, providing registered partners with access etc.  Serve as the first point of contact for partner questions, including how to navigate within the portal, where to find resources, etc.  Also serve as the point person to articulate business needs for portal enhancements.
  • Make tactical and basic strategic decisions.
  • Lead the project management of multiple channel programs simultaneously.
  • Interact with 3rd party vendors and partners.
  • Define and execute channel programs positioned against competitors.
  • Responsible for partner communications: developing and sending partner communications on an ongoing basis.
  • Execute joint partner events & conferences.
  • Track and manage the related channel program budget.

Requisite Experience and Education

Marketing Manager – Demand Generation Programs

Job Description

AirTight Networks is experiencing rapid growth and looking for a lead generation manager to expand its marketing team. The successful candidate will develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive new leads for our products as well as programs to nurture existing prospects and retain our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage demand generation projects, including: marketing lists, Salesforce database, email marketing, lead scoring and nurturing, advertising, offers, etc.
  • Develop, test and refine strategies for generating and nurturing leads at all stages of the sales funnel, and to increase lead conversion to sales;
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team and with the inside sales team to help execute marketing campaigns end-to-end;
  • Be accountable for meeting defined and measured objectives related to valid qualified leads and sales opportunities, and for providing a "closed-loop" marketing process;

Required Qualifications

Member of Technical Staff - Sensor / Server team

Job Description

As a member of the Engineering team you will develop and maintain AirTight’s Access and security solution. Software design and development experience in high-complexity networking platforms is required.

Minimum Education

A Bachelor's/Master's Degree Holder in Computer Science/ Computer Engg. (Electronics / Communication Engg may also be considered).

Role / required Qualifications

  • About 5 years of experience in WLAN / Networking product development
  • Degree in Computer Science from a reputed institute
  • Hands-on experience in WLAN infrastructure products, esp. AP platform and driver level
  • Experience in Kernel development (driver level) and systems software is a plus
  • You should be able to drive a small team, and be hands on with design, coding and code reviews
  • You should be able to develop detailed functional specification and software system architecture.
  • Work closely with PV team in developing test plans.

Skills

  • Strong background in 802.11 a/b/g/n concepts and stack.

Technical Support

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - very important.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / equivalent.
  • 1-3 years experience in international phone / email support (preferably LAN products such as switches and routers, Wi-Fi would be added plus).
  • CCNA certification.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts. We operate 24x7 so we have rotating shifts, which means that each team member would be asked to do a night shift roughly every 2 or 3 months.
  • Additional certifications like CCSP, CWNA will be an advantage.
